SPRING ’24 VOLLEYBALL

USAV Rules

Matches consist of 3 games to 25 points each, Rally Scoring.
We allow Let Serves and now the option to use a Libero in All Divisions.
(Please Note: If you choose to use a woman libero in the Coed division you must have 3 women present in order to conform to our coed rules.)
Complete Rules, which include slight modifications to those of the USAV, are provided at the start of the season.

COED Specific Rules

When fielding a team, there shall be a minimum of 2 women on the court at all times or, to put it differently, no more than four men. If a team shows up with 10 men and one woman, they can play, but only with 5 players on the court, 1 woman and four men. To avoid a forfeit, a team may play with as few as four, but at least one must be a female. If a team shows up with only men, the opposing team will have the option of taking the forfeit or playing the game against 4 men. We do not enforce any type of male-female alternate hit rule.
